Annually, a full-day seminar for Danish high-school teachers is held at the Dept. of Chemistry (AU). This year, the theme of the day was modern materials science. Consequently, CMC-Aarhus was heavily represented with talks on thermoelectrics by Bo Brummerstedt Iversen, magnetic materials by Mogens Christensen and other CMC out-reach activities by center manager Jacob Becker. At the end of the seminar, the teachers were given the grand tour of the CMC facilities by the Centre's students and staff.
