Dear Aarhus University employee,  

During the weekend 18 and 19 April 2026, many of AU’s IT systems and other services will be unavailable due to planned maintenance work. We ask for your understanding that, due to this necessary maintenance work, some IT operations will be limited.  

In Aarhus, a major fiber network reconfiguration will be carried out, affecting several locations. This means that the network connection in Nobelparken, AU Engineering at Navitas, and the dormitories on Peter Sabroes Gade will be interrupted from Saturday at 00:01 until Sunday at 12:00.

It will still be possible to carry our activities on campus that do not rely on AU IT systems and IT services.  

Service window schedule:  

• From Saturday 18 April at 00.01 until Sunday 19 April at 23.59, AU IT and AU Finance and Estates Projects and Development will carry out maintenance work. 
• A detailed plan of the maintenance work will be available the day before at serviceinfo.au.dk.
