New PhD Course from Q2
Data Visualization Course available
A new PhD Course, Data Visualization, is available from iNANO, in Q2. For four Fridays, PhD students will learn how to improve and manage visual strategies for their scientific data.
The Course presents design principles of effective scientific visualizations and provides students with a form of visual literacy. Through visual design analysis, practices, tools and techniques they will learn how to distinguish between good and bad visualization and how to optimize visual representations of their data. The course is a mix of lectures presenting a wide range of examples of visual solutions to scientific data and practical exercises.
