Win Funding from ESA: Two-Day Workshop for companies and researchers at DTU Skylab, 9–10 June

ESA funds far more than rockets. From Earth observation and satellite data services to dual-use technology and commercial spin-offs, the European Space Agency is one of the largest sources of non-dilutive funding available to Danish companies and researchers. But winning an ESA proposal is a craft.

Join ESA experts and the Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science for a hands-on session on what ESA actually looks for in funding proposals: how to frame your idea, structure work packages, justify your budget, and stand out among strong European competition.

Over two days, the workshop takes you from understanding ESA's funding landscape to writing a stronger proposal. Day 1 (9 June) introduces ESA's General Support Technology Programme (GSTP) and related funding opportunities. Day 2 (10 June) is a hands-on proposal-writing workshop with ESA proposal-writing specialist Jennifer Ngo-Anh.

Participants can also book a 1:1 meeting with ESA's GSTP experts to get direct feedback on a proposal idea (first-come, first-served).

When: 9–10 June 2026. Registration deadline: 8 June 2026, 08:00

Where: DTU Skylab, Auditorium (Ground floor), Centrifugevej 374, 2800 Kgs. Lyngby
